October 2003 Patent System Subcommittee Intellectual Property Policy Committee Industrial Structure Council

The Patent System Subcommittee was established in the Intellectual Property Policy Committee of the Industrial Structure Council on September 18,2002 and has since deliberated patent system issues that were indicated as urgent matters in the Intellectual Property Policy Outline. The subcommittee, which is compiling a report of their discussions on the improvement of employee-invention system, has decided to invite public comments on the report for reference. Please note in advance that the subcommittee will not be able to individually answer questions and comments from the public.

1. Period of invitation From October 24 (Fri.), 2003 to November 25 (Tue.), 2003 2.
