Invitation for Public Comments on the Draft Interim Report by the Patent System Subcommittee

  The Patent System Subcommittee was established in the Intellectual Property Policy Committee of the Industrial Structure Council on September 18, 2002 and has since deliberated patent system issues that were indicated as urgent matters in the Intellectual Property Policy Outline.
  The subcommittee, which is compiling an interim report of their discussions so far, has decided to invite public comments on the report for reference.
  Please note in advance that the subcommittee will not be able to individually answer questions and comments from the public.

1.Period of invitation
    From December 25 (Wen.), 2002 to January 24(Fri.),2003

2.How to make a comment
    Please send your comment via E-mail, including your name,
    address, telephone number and occupation (place of employment).
