| The revised Japanese Patent Law, which stipulates the requirement for disclosure of information on prior art documents (Sections 36(4)(ii) and 48septies, etc.), was promulgated on April 17, 2002. Due to the revision, we are going to establish Examination Guidelines on this requirement. We invite interested parties to submit written comments on the draft of this Examination Guideline as followings. |
