Established on April 25,2002 at the Intellectual Property Committee of the Industrial Structure Council, the Dispute Settlement Subcommittee has discussed the Dispute Settlement System of Industrial Property in Japan.   We are now at the stage of summarizing what we have hitherto discussed as a report. To make the final and actual report as efficacious as possible, we would like to invite comments on this draft from various fields.   Your comments will help us a great deal in improving the draft. Your comments are very much appreciated, although we will not be able to answer each of them.
