PART 1 SCOPE

1. Protected Trade Marks and Other Signs

The following shall be protected under this Law:

1. trade marks;
2. commercial designations;
3. indications of geographical origin.

2. Application of Other Provisions

The protection of trade marks, commercial designations and indications of geographical origin under this Law shall not exclude the application of other provisions for the protection of these signs.
