CHAPTER 5 Implementation provisions pertaining to certificates and applications for certificates Art. 30 Cost for filing application for a certificate The amount to be paid with the filing of the application for a certificate is NLG 1200. Art. 31 Amount payable for the maintenance of certificate The annual amount that must be paid for the maintenance of a certificate is equal to the amount which must be paid pursuant to Article 6, seventh paragraph, for the basic patent in the event this patent were still to be in effect. Article 6, eighth paragraph applies mutatis mutandis.
