CHAPTER 6 Final provision

Art. 32 Entry into force

The articles of this Decree enter into force at a time to be determined by Royal Decree, which times may vary for different articles or parts thereof.

Art. 33 Name for purposes of citation

This Decree shall be cited as: 1995 Patent Act Implementation Decree.

Charging and ordering that this Decree, with its explanatory note be placed in the Bulletin of Acts, Orders and Decrees (Staatsblad) and in the Official Journal (Publicatieblad) of the Netherlands Antilles.
