In the beginning |
Since this past July, the Patent Office has held the "Informal Gathering for Discussion Considering the Way Training in Intellectual Property Field should be in Future," and discussions have been made from the viewpoints of the repletion of a training system in the intellectual property field aimed to fulfill and consolidate intellectual property professional services, response to the patent attorney's qualitative and quantitative changes along with revisions in the Patent Attorney Law, improvement in qualities on bringing future business expansion into view, etc. At this time, since an interim report on the informal gathering for discussions has been drawn up, we shall present its summary.
