June 2003 Patent System Subcommittee Intellectual Property Policy Committee Industrial Structure Council

Established October 16, 2002 under the Patent System Subcommittee of the Industrial Structure Council Intellectual Property Committee, the Medical Activity Working Group (WG) has discussed the Application of Methods related to Medical Activity to the Patent Law. The WG has summarized the discussions into a draft report. On June 3, the WG submitted the draft report to the Patent System Subcommittee, where it was approved as a final report.
