January 2004 Patent System Subcommittee Intellectual Property Policy Committee Industrial Structure Council

The Utility Model System Working Group was established under the Patent System Subcommittee of the Industrial Structure Council Intellectual Property Committee in July 2003. The Working Group has discussed the"desirable utility model system." The Working Group has completed a final report approved by the Subcommittee in January 2004.
