Meeting Held between Minister Miyazawa of the METI and Dr. Francis Gurry, Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)

Dr. Francis Gurry, Director General of WIPO, visited Japan and on February 26, 2015 had a meeting with Mr. Yoichi Miyazawa, Minister of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) at the METI. During their meeting, they reconfirmed their commitment to further strengthen the cooperative relationship between Japan and WIPO for further developing the international intellectual property system, in order to encourage international business activities.
