INTA President Tuijl Visited JPO

October 26, Mr. Ronald van Tuijl, President of the International Trademark Association (INTA)* visited the Japan Patent Office (JPO), exchanging opinions with JPO Commissioner Komiya regarding cooperation between the JPO and the INTA in the fields of “bad faith trademark filings” and others.

In addition, he had an opportunity to exchange opinions with JPO’s practitioners regarding issues surrounding the trademark system in Japan and the relevant initiatives.
