JPO exchanged opinions with SAIC

The Japan Patent Office (JPO) and the State Administration for Industry & Commerce of the People's Republic of China (SAIC*) exchanged opinions in November 13 in Beijing, China.

Ms. Munakata, Commissioner of the JPO from Japan and Mr. LIU Junchen, Vice Minister of the SAIC from China attended the meeting and exchanged opinions concerning measures for enhancement of examination, trends of non-traditional trademarks in both countries, cooperation in enforcements, future high-and working-level exchanges between the JPO and SAIC, etc.

The JPO will continue to advance a cooperation with the SAIC in the field of intellectual property.
