Trilateral List, which was posted in alphabetical order heretofore, is now published on the List of Goods and Services in the Industrial Property Digital Library (IPDL).
For the purpose of decreasing the burden of an applicant obtaining trademark rights abroad, the Japan Patent Office (JPO), the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) (OHIM) have been reviewing English identifications of goods and services to determine which identifications are acceptable to all three offices.
The JPO plans to revise this trilateral list continuously whenever new identifications are approved by Trilateral offices. You can search those approved identifications on the List of Goods and Services in the Industrial Property Digital Library (IPDL).
