A seminar for users of the Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) took place at Tokyo

 On July 2, 2010, the JPO hosted a seminar for users of the Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH). In the seminar, speakers from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Japan Intellectual Property Association (JIPA), and Japan Patent Office (JPO) made presentations from their respective viewpoints. There was also a panel session in which the panelists answered questions submitted beforehand by members of the audience. About 150 IP experts from companies and patent attorneys’ offices participated in this seminar and contributed to the lively discussion.
