1.Background needs
 Fully electronic application using XML is strongly needed by patent office of all countries. 
 For example PCT-RO-JP allows applicants fully electoronic application filing(not allow PDF filing).
 Now the "HTMLtoXML Converter" (commonly called HTML2XML) which converts HTML documents(CAF format) into XML format is provided to all the people making patent application ducuments by Industrial Property Information and Training(INPIT).
 Paragraph numbers must be inserted and item names enclosed in { } to convert a document with HTML2XML.
 But It's too much trouble in inserting paragraph number and {}.
 This word macros automatically insert these items (paragraph number,{}),
to word documents(description, claims, abstract, and drawings).

2.Functional overview
 These macros(included in "wmacro_v1-xx_template.dot" or "wmacro_v1-xx_heading.dot) help users to adjust patent documents for Electronic Applications using XML Converter.

 These macros have 5 functions
1) bracket add: recognize headings by CAF and insert bracket automatically
2) paragraph number add: recognize paragraph  and insert number automatically
3) bracket delete: delete bracket automatically
4) paragraph number delete: delete paragraph number automatically
5) paragraph number renumber: renumber paragraph number in accending order

3.The main function("Description" is needed to run these macros)
The functions are as follows.
1) "{} add" Adds {}
(-->Adds {} to section title(heading) and paragraph-number.)
*{Title of Invention} is automatically inserted.

2) "{} del"  Deletes {}
(-->Deletes {} to Section title and paragraph-number.)

3) "num_ins" Inserts paragraph numbers
(-->Adds paragraph number to the delimitation of the paragraph and section title of the head of line)
Paragraph number is added automatically in the description.
Paragraph number is not added that there is";:.,and blank"before changing line Excluding the provided item.

4) "num_del"  Deletes paragraph numbers
(-->Deletes nnnn at the "head of line+changing line" and {nnnn} at the "head of line +changing line".)

5) "renum";Renumbers paragraph numbers.(-->Use this function that changing the statement sequence or deleting/adding paragraph numbers.)

4.Operation Environment
 Operation Environment is as follows.
 OS:Windows XP(SP3)(English),Windows Vista(SP1)(English)
 Hardware:System requirements that WindowsOS recommends.
 Software:Microsoft Word 2003,2007(English)
