The expansion of eligible applications for JP-DE PPH pilot program to direct PCT applications

The JPO and the GPTO agreed to expand the scope of eligible applications for the PPH pilot program to include direct PCT applications.

As of 25 March, 2010, a national phase applications under the direct PCT application is eligible to participate in the JP-DE PPH pilot program as depicted in the diagrams below.
