PPH pilot program between the Japan Patent Office (JPO) and the Nordic Patent Institute (NPI)


The Japan Patent Office (JPO) and the Nordic Patent Institute (NPI) have started the pilot program for the Patent Prosecution Highway using Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) international work products by the NPI on 1 October 2011 in accordance with the joint statement of intent at the NPI/JPO Heads Meeting held in Geneva on 29 September 2011.
