PPH pilot program between the Japan Patent Office (JPO)
and the Swedish Patent and Registration Office (PRV)

The Japan Patent Office (JPO) and the Swedish Patent and Registration Office (PRV) have commenced the pilot program for the Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) using Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) international work products on June 1, 2011.

The both Offices also agreed to commence the PPH pilot program using national work products from October 1, 2013.
