PPH pilot program between the Japan Patent Office (JPO) and the Taiwan Intellectual Property Office (TIPO)


The Interchange Association and the Association of East Asian Relations (hereinafter referred to as gboth Sidesh) agreed to cooperate with each other in order to obtain necessary consent from the relevant authorities of both Sides regarding the introduction of PPH (Link to the website of the Interchange Association). The Japan Patent Office (JPO) is providing maximum support and cooperation to the Interchange Association within the limits permitted by laws and regulations, and will implement the PPH pilot program in May 2012 as follows:
