Patent Prosecution Highway between the JPO and the KIPO

The JPO and the KIPO commenced the Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) program in April 2007 in accordance with the agreement at the KIPO/JPO Commissioners Meeting held in November 2006. The both offices have commenced the PPH program using PCT international work products (PCT-PPH) on pilot basis on 1 July 2012.
