The Japan Patent Office (JPO) and the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) commenced@the PPH pilot program on July 1, 2009 in accordance with the joint statement of intent at the IPOS/JPO Heads Meeting held in Singapore on June 16, 2009.

*The sentence “The PPH pilot programme commences on 1 July 2009, for a period of one year ending on 1 July 2010. This period may be extended for up to an additional year if necessary to adequately assess the feasibility of the PPH programme.” is described on above documents, but this pilot program is extended and is currently ongoing.
