Trilateral Heads of Office Meeting Held

On December 8, 2020, the Japan Patent Office (JPO), the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and the European Patent Office (EPO) held the 38th Trilateral Heads of Office meeting in the form of a videoconference.

Prior to this Trilateral Heads of Office meeting, Trilateral Heads of Office with Trilateral Industry meeting was also held on November 16 with the Trilateral User Groups (IT3: Industry Trilateral*) from Japan, United States, and Europe.
In these meetings, the responses to the COVID-19 pandemic and the future vision of Trilateral cooperation were discussed.
