Procedural Relief Measures for Those Conflict-affected by the Current Situation in Ukraine

The JPO extends our heartfelt sympathies to the people of Ukraine, the victims, and their families, as well as our deep sorrow at the tragic loss of so many lives and suffering caused by the Russia’s aggression against Ukraine.

The JPO would like to inform those who have been adversely affected by the current situation in Ukraine and are unable to go through the prescribed procedures of filing patent, utility model, design, and trademark applications, of the relief measures available.
