JPO Commissioner Mori and WIPO Director General Tang exchanged views on the latest developments in initiatives to solve environmental problems

JPO Commissioner Mori held an online meeting with World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Director-General Darren Tang on June 21, 2022. WIPO Japan Office (WJO) Director Sawai also participated.

During the meeting, views were exchanged on the latest developments in initiatives to solve environmental problems through intellectual property, harmonization of the patent system, and Assemblies of the Member States of WIPO.
