JPO Holds Bilateral Meeting with the African Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO)

Upon attending " the Africa University Master's Degree in Intellectual Property (MIP) Programme Alumni Event" co-hosted by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), ARIPO^(*1), African University and the Japan Patent Office in Harare, Zimbabwe on December 8, YASUDA, Director-General of the Trial and Appeal Department of the JPO, met with ARIPO and confirmed the continued cooperation in the field of intellectual property through support using the Funds-in-Trust Japan Industrial Property Global, a voluntary contribution made by the JPO to WIPO, and through human resource development initiatives of the two offices.
