Around 120 trainees from ASEAN IP offices participated, and provided positive feedback to the JPO that included the following comments: "This training developed a deeper understanding on the topic through real-life case samples."and"All presentations provided detailed insights and information about Japanese trademarks, which will serve as a reference for conducting trademark examinations in my own country."
The JPO will continue to offer support and cooperation in this area by conducting training programs for IP professionals in emerging countries - thereby helping to improve and strengthen their intellectual property environments, while also helping Japanese companies to develop their business.
