JPO/GPA Training

The Global Patent Academy (GPA) Instructors of the JPO provide training programs on patent examination practices for examiners in emerging countries including ASEAN countries. The GPA Instructors consist of 35 JPO examiners with extensive practical experience in patent examination. The GPA Instructors visit emerging countries to deliver the programs in person or give online lectures as necessary. In addition, the GPA Instructors serve as lecturers in some courses in the JPO/IPR Training Course.
