All of the teaching materials (hereinafter referred to as the Main Teaching Materials) offered in the E-learning of IPR (hereinafter referred to as the Main Contents) are prepared based on the Japan Patent Office's Cooperation in Human Resource Development Program.
Users of the Main Contents must abide by the Terms of Use listed below.
Treatment and use of the intellectual property rights of all provided Main Teaching Materials, information, software, and the like (hereinafter referred to as Information and Such) is as follows:
All Content of the Main Teaching Materials may be subject to change in title or content, or to deletion, without prior notice. Changes in the navigation, etc. of the Main Contents may also be applied without prior notice.
The Japan Patent Office takes no responsibility for problems arising from alterations or deletions made to the Main Contents, etc., or changes made in the navigation, etc. of the same, nor for any other consequences or damages incurred by the user.
The Japan Patent Office takes no responsibility for damages incurred by the user due to the unavoidable suspension of the provision of the Main Content for maintenance, or due to fire, power failure, other natural disaster, computer virus or third-party obstruction, etc.
Although we have taken great care in the preparation of the Main Teaching Materials, we take no responsibility for the concurrence, integrity, accuracy, usefulness, security, etc., of the contents of these materials.
Similarly, the Japan Patent Office takes no responsibility for the results of any actions taken by the User based on the User's interpretation or judgment of the contents of the Main Teaching Materials.
