Aims of IPAA

1. To foster friendship among individuals with involvement in the field of intellectual property rights;
2. Promote public awareness on intellectual property right issues and concerns; and
3. Cultivate relations with experts from other countries in the field of intellectual property rights

Features of IPAA

1. Provides a venue for healthy discussion, collaboration, cooperation among IP stakeholders on any and all issues and concerns involving IP
2. Provides a pool of people, competent and knowledgeable in the area of IP, who can assist anyone wishing to understand IP rights and apply IP protection to their works, businesses and various undertakings.
3. Serves as an important communication link between public and private sectors and among industries

Membership fee of P500 for private practitioners / members,

*Members should also be former participants of seminars
or study programs involving IP held in Japan and conducted
by the JPO, JIPII, AOTS and/or the WIPO
