If the successful performance of the invention is de-pendent on chance and is achieved in a totally unreliable way, the sufficiency requirement would not be fulfilled. The information provided in the application should be sufficient to reliably lead the skilled person necessarily and directly towards success. Where however repeated success is assured even though accompanied by a proportion of failures, this would not be considered as undue experimentation.
