In case of microorganisms which can be accepted by a depository institution in Japan for the purpose of patent procedures, it is not sufficient that an applicant simply shows in the specification of the intention to furnish microorganisms relating to the invention, and unless the microorganisms have been deposited with depository institutions for the purpose of patent procedure before the filing, the enablement requirement is not satisfied, in principle.
