The utility requirement is met for both "a cDNA library originating in an important organ or cell" as a whole and "a DNA fragment detected specifically in an important organ or cell". The utility requirement for other "DNA" or "cDNA" is not met.
The utility requirement for "a cDNA library originating in an important organ or cell" as a whole follows the same reason mentioned in 2.1(1) above. (However, an invention concerning "a cDNA library originating in an important organ or cell" usually does not have an inventive step.)
Since specific detection of an important organ or cell is a well-known technical problem for a person skilled in the art, it is possible to make an inference that "a DNA fragment which can be detected specifically in an important organ or cell" can be used for specific detection of the organ or the cell.
