It is difficult to envision the proposed working example without exemplifying (a) - (f). The principal analysis is whether one skilled in the art can practice the claimed invention without the need for under experimentation. If the description is reasonably adequate to allow one skilled in the art to produce the protein via use of the cDNA as indicated, then inventions (a) - (f) would be enabled. There may be an issue concerning the description in the specification and what is known about the protein, for example that post-translational processing is required to produce a functional protein. However, this would require a case-by-case analysis.
