JPO Holds Bilateral Meetings with the Intellectual Property Offices of Peru, Brazil and Mexico

Mr. KATSURA Masanori, JPO Deputy Commissioner, participated in the WIPO Regional Meeting of Directors of Industrial Property Offices in Latin American Countries * that was co-hosted by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI) of Peru. While there, he held talks with the INDECOPI, the Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), and the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), wherein he confirmed that Japan would continue to cooperate with each country in the field of intellectual property.
