PPH program between the Japan Patent Office (JPO) and the Egyptian Intellectual Property Authority (EGIPA)

The Japan Patent Office (JPO) and the Egyptian Intellectual Property Authority (EGIPA) have implemented the PPH pilot program from June 1, 2015 to May 31, 2026. Following this pilot, both offices fully implement the PPH program with an indefinite period from June 1, 2026. The PPH MOTTAINAI and the PCT-PPH, which expand the scope of eligible applications, are also available.
